Each 1500 plus sq. ft bungalow is tastefully designed with a three season sun- room looking out to a cheerful, beautifully landscaped, secure courtyard .The spacious, common, living room offers  comfortable and tasteful furnishings with a state of the art, flat- panel television and DVD player. Large windows offer scenic views to the historic red river and rambling oak trees. The warm fireplace provides a perfect setting for quiet relaxation or a chat with family and friends.

Our kitchen and dining room areas are tastefully designed to reflect the comforts of home. Modern appliances and exquisite cabinetry reflect warmth and luxury. The dining room décor provides a warm and homey environment where residents can enjoy their meal times.
