Our professional Recreational Coordinator plans activities and events to promote health and wellness. Activities are designed to promote physical activity such as walking tours, mini gardening and stretching exercise classes. Activities such as music therapy and games days are both fun and mentally stimulating. Socialization and interaction with friends is always encouraged. At Harmony Court we believe that our seniors should live their lives as they always have to maintain their independence and well being.
