Nutrition

Health and nutrition is a high priority for the residents of Harmony Court. Home style meals are prepared in our industrial equipped on -site kitchen at Riverwood Square. Specific attention is focused on well balanced, nutritious meals. Our professional Red Seal chef prepares a variety of daily menus in accordance to the Canada Food Guide. Three meals a day are provided and residents choose from a variety of menu selections.  Just like at home, there is always coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and nutritional snacks available. Seniors are welcome to participate in the activities and chores of meal time. They are encouraged to help with the chores they can do safely.
